Karsen Kloster
With a background in sports and modeling, movement and wellness have always played a major role in my life. I’ve had a lifelong passion for health and fitness, but it wasn’t until I experienced the effects of extreme dieting and intense workout routines that I began to rethink what true wellness really means. That turning point led me to adopt a more balanced, sustainable approach—one that prioritizes longevity and feeling good from the inside out.
This shift sparked my love for group fitness and inspired me to turn my passion into a career. I became a certified health, wellness, and fitness trainer, earned my certification in Pilates, and became a NASM-certified personal trainer. My own journey—through body image struggles, unhealthy habits, and low self-esteem—shaped the way I now train and teach.
Today, I’m the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of myself. My mission is to help women build lasting strength and confidence, shift their mindset around fitness, and embrace a lifestyle rooted in balance and longevity. I believe fitness should be fun, empowering, and something we get to do—not something we have to do.
